Ms Angela and Ms Rayzel traveled overnight from Candon City, Ilocos Sur, to pick up 400 rice-grocery packs for families whose homes and farmlands were devastated by floods spawned by Typhoon Maring.
We are expecting the truck bringing the rice-grocery packs for 2000 families to arrive in Buguey, Cagayan early this afternoon. We thank our anonymous donor for lending their truck to us. We also thank the Office of the Vice President for the on the ground coordination with the LGUs and relief pack distribution in the communities. We are raising funds to provide rice-grocery packs for 3000+ more families in Benguet, Isabela, and La Union
