Tanging Yaman Foundation, Inc. continues to conduct relief operations with its partners, the Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro's Social Action Center, Xavier University's Tabang Marawi, and St. John Vianney Theological Seminary. In the recent relief operations, care packs for the evacuees were packed by the volunteers and distributed to evacuation centers in Iligan City. We thank donors and volunteers for their generous assistance and continued support.
Fidelity over fruitfulness
A friend shared her frustration that her volunteer work for various Church groups was not yielding the fruits she was expecting. A livelihood program was mismanaged; a feeding program proved unsustainable; an organization was falling apart due to infighting. Was she in the right place, doing the right kind of work? Or was God calling her to serve elsewhere, some other way?
